Frequently asked questions
How quickly will I get the gas?
In the Helsinki region delivery takes 1–2 business days. With the exchange service the driver brings a full cylinder and takes the empty one away on the same visit.
Can I collect the cylinder myself?
Not at the moment. We do not have a pick-up point – LPG is always delivered to you.
Which cylinders do you accept in exchange?
We only accept Finnish LPG cylinders that are in use in Finland, are intact and serviceable, and whose periodic inspection is valid.
Which valve should I choose, PV or KV?
The PV pressure valve is top-loading and the most common in restaurants and grills. The KV screw valve DIN 477/1 fits the most common pressure regulators. Select the valve when ordering.
Does the gas work in freezing weather?
Yes. The mixture is propane-rich (propane ≥ 95 %), so the flame stays steady down to −40 °C.
Do I need a contract or a deposit?
No. You can either buy your own cylinder (shell fee) or exchange your empty cylinder for a full one – in that case add this refill to the cart.
How should the cylinder be stored?
Upright, in a well-ventilated space and away from heat sources.
