When will my order be delivered?
Delivery time in Finland for stocked products is 1–3 working days. You receive an order confirmation by email right after ordering and a shipping notification when your parcel is on its way.
What does delivery cost?
Pickup point: Matkahuolto Lähellä parcel €5.90 – choose your pickup point at checkout.
To your door: Posti small parcel to your home or mailbox €7.90 (max 4 kg).
Other EU countries: flat delivery fee €9.90 (max 25 kg).
Do you ship abroad?
Yes – we ship to EU countries with a flat €9.90 delivery fee (max 25 kg). Engasco fire tables are delivered to other EU countries as separate freight.
How does delivery of Engasco fire tables work?
Engasco tables are delivered as freight to your address, and the delivery time is typically 2–3 weeks. Delivery is charged separately (€210). We are the official Engasco importer in Finland – ask about delivery to your area.

Can I return a product?
Consumer customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. See our refund policy and use the withdrawal form if you wish.

Do you sell to businesses?
Yes. We serve businesses with invoicing and contract pricing – for example LPG deliveries to restaurants, properties and events in the Helsinki metropolitan area, and Engasco fire tables for terraces. Request a quote.
