Payment methods

Payment service terms

We use Paytrail, which is a safe payment method for you. Paytrail Oyj holds a payment institution licence granted by the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority. The service is maintained by Paytrail Oyj.

The Paytrail payment service forwards your payment to the merchant Dekoja.net. If Paytrail Oyj appears on your bank statement or credit card bill, we have forwarded your payment.

The Dekoja.net online store acts as the marketer of the products and services and as the supplier of the products to the customer. Some products may be delivered directly from the manufacturer or from a wholesaler's warehouse. If you wish to make a complaint or return a product, please contact our customer service.

We also offer:

  • Shop Pay, the payment method provided by the Shopify e-commerce platform. More information: Shop Pay.
  • PayPal, a trusted international payment service. More information: PayPal.
  • Google Pay, a fast and reliable way to pay online and in apps. More information: Google Wallet.

Bank payments

You can use the payment buttons of Finnish banks. Paytrail Oyj appears as the payee on your bank statement and forwards your payment to the online merchant.

Credit card payments

You can pay in the online store with the most common payment cards. Card payments are made securely using a protected payment form, and payment card details are not stored in the online store's systems.

Mobile payment methods

The available mobile payment methods are shown at checkout when you choose your payment method.

Invoice and instalment services

Walley Invoice/Instalments

Flexibility and freedom of choice – pay at once or in instalments.

Invoice and account credit give you more time to pay for your online purchases. You can pay for your purchase at once by invoice or in smaller instalments with account credit.

With an invoice you get 30 days of interest-free payment time. To use the payment time, you need a positive credit decision. Your credit information may be checked in the register used by the service provider.

The invoice and credit are issued by Norion Bank AB, the registered holder of the Walley trademark. More information about Walley: Walley customer service.
