Shipping methods and costs

You choose the shipping method at checkout and see its price before you pay. The most common options and their current prices:

To a pickup point: Matkahuolto Lähellä-paketti 5.90 €. You choose the pickup point at checkout.
To a Posti pickup point or parcel locker: Posti Postipaketti. You choose the pickup point or parcel locker at checkout.
To your home or letterbox: Posti 7.90 €. Only parcels that fit through the letterbox are delivered there.

The shipping fee shown at checkout is always up to date. Shipping fees include VAT.

You will receive an order confirmation by email right after ordering. When your parcel leaves, you will receive a shipping notification and a tracking code. Please enter a phone number at checkout so you can receive the arrival notice by text message. The pickup deadline is shown in the arrival notice.

Delivery times

In-stock items leave us within 1–3 working days.
Items ordered from the manufacturer, such as Musou Black fabric by the metre and rolls, are delivered within 1–3 weeks. The delivery time is stated on the product page or in our quotation.
Print-on-demand items, such as the Musou Tower T-shirt and posters, are made only after you order and are shipped as a separate parcel directly from the producer. The estimated production and delivery time is 7–15 working days.

Delivery times are counted from the order. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. The carrier's transit time is added after dispatch. Unless the product page or order confirmation states otherwise, we deliver the order within 30 days of the order at the latest. If a delivery is delayed, we will let you know as soon as possible.

Engasco fire tables

Engasco fire tables are delivered by freight to the destination. The delivery fee is charged per table: 229 € per table (Engasco 55 and the 90 × 90 and 100 × 100 cm models) and 269 € per table (120 × 120 cm). A tail lift and other additional services are agreed separately if needed, as are orders of more than six tables. The tables are imported from the manufacturer in Croatia, and the delivery time is usually 2–3 weeks. We confirm the delivery time by email after you order. If the freight shipment shows visible damage, please note it on the consignment note whenever possible.

LPG (bottled gas)

We sell LPG (propane) mainly to business customers. We deliver it to all municipalities in the Uusimaa region and, by agreement, also to the Turku, Tampere, Lahti and Hämeenlinna regions. In the Helsinki capital region, delivery usually takes 1–2 working days and the delivery fee is 5.90 € per delivery. For other areas, the delivery time and fee are agreed when you order, as are urgent deliveries.

For cylinder exchange, we bring full cylinders and take the empty ones with us, so each refill ordered requires a matching empty exchange cylinder. Refilling your own cylinder is agreed separately. LPG is never sent as a parcel or abroad.

Receiving your parcel and transport damage

We recommend checking your parcel when you collect or receive it. We are responsible for the product until it has been handed over to you. If the parcel or the product has been damaged in transit, please notify us within a reasonable time at info@dekoja.net (include your order number and photos) and also file a claim with the carrier.
