Shipping policy

You will see the delivery costs for your order once you have selected the payment and delivery method. We ship orders as registered consignments (e.g. postal parcels) or as unregistered consignments; registered shipments can be followed with a tracking number.

For products held in our own stock, our most common delivery times within Finland are 1–3 days, depending on the product, the order and the delivery method. To other EU countries, delivery times are mostly 5–8 working days. For some products, and depending on stock levels, delivery times may be longer. Some products are also shipped directly from the wholesaler's, importer's or manufacturer's warehouse, and in those cases the delivery time is most often 3–10 working days. We always aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible. We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure or for indirect harm caused by delays. We will inform you separately of any exceptional delivery times.

Please note that products manufactured by Engasco have their own delivery charge, which is stated on the product page. We import Engasco products from Croatia directly from the manufacturer, and the freight is a significant cost for us as well. If you would like more information, please contact us.
