What happens next
Once we have received your notice of withdrawal, we will confirm it to you. We will reimburse the amount you paid, including the original delivery costs, no later than 14 days from receiving your notice. We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. If the product is defective, the return is free of charge for you.
