Online shop delivery terms


Noin Company Ltd (VAT number FI31294283) sells products to adult individuals and companies in Finland and the EU. The prices of the products include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and shipping costs.

To order

Products are ordered online by adding them to your shopping cart and paying for the contents of the cart at the online checkout. All customer information is treated confidentially. When ordering from the online shop, you are deemed to have read and agreed to the terms and conditions of delivery in force at the time.


Order and payment confirmation

After a successful order, an order confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address. In order to send confirmation messages, you must provide an e-mail address when placing your order.
Delivery method and charges

You will see the delivery costs of your order once you have selected the payment and delivery method. We deliver orders as registered (e.g. parcels) or unregistered deliveries, where registered deliveries can be tracked with a tracking number.


Delivery time

Our most common delivery times to Finland are 1-3 days, depending on the product, order and delivery method. Occasionally, depending on some products and the stock situation, delivery times may be longer. Of course, we always try to deliver your order as quickly as possible. We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or indirect damage caused by delays. If necessary, we will inform you separately of any abnormal delivery times.


Exchange and return conditions

You have the right under Finnish consumer protection law to exchange or return all or part of your order within 14 days of receipt of your order. The right of return applies only to unused and saleable products in their original packaging. When returning a delivered order, please include your customer number(s) and contact details, as well as your account number for refund purposes.
Unclaimed package

Non-claiming is not the same as a refund or cancellation. For an unclaimed package for which no cancellation notice has been given, we will charge a fee corresponding to the delivery and return costs.

Problems

If a product is lost or damaged during transport or otherwise does not match your order, you must report the fault within 14 days to the parties listed in the exchange and return conditions. If the package is damaged in transit or by an intermediary, a claim must be made immediately.
